To better understand how the Christ Heart Reiki system of cosmic realignment & balancing can impact your life, a basic understanding of the Chakra System helps.  Our thoughts and feelings both conscious and unconscious affect our chakras. These thoughts and feelings reach our bodies in the form of "energy" - both positive and negative. Every judgment, trigger, sorrow or any low vibration experiences will shift our vibration to the negative, while each expression of love, gratitude, forgiveness, joy and haling will create a positive shift.  From day to day our experiences and our thoughts and also our reactions to those experiences and thoughts, change and shift the balance between the two polarities of negative and positive. Ascended Masters

An Ascended Master is a Being of light (i.e. not in a body), who has paid all their karma, left the cycle of rebirth, and attained Mastery over themselves.  Ascended Masters have had many lives in a physical body, just like you & I – and through these lives and their own free will have raised their vibration and consciousness to such a state as to have cleared all their karma.  The Ascended Master is not the past life person, nor is it the lower-self person who ascended, the Ascended Master is the Higher Self of the person. So when you call on Jesus, you are calling on the past life persona of the person who ascended to and surrendered to his Higher Self (i.e. Christ).  Ascended Masters are here for one reason and one reason only - to help humanity in their ascension process. Ascension

Ascension is the raising of our vibration and therefore our consciousness; in relation to the Christ Heart Reiki model is a conscious shift from 3D into 5D consciousness. This consciousness is filled with love, compassion, understanding, and a deepened connection to Source energy. When you’re in the 5th dimension, you radiate an energy that feels like it comes from the Higher Realms. And it does. There is no such thing as good or bad, or right or wrong. The beauty of 5D invigorates and integrates your being, making it difficult to go back to 3D.

Ego

The “Ego” is that part of us that makes sure we manage the very basic physical needs. It is the "What About Me" aspect to self;  it has an agenda that is mostly at odds with our Soul. The Soul wants our whole being in union with God because in that union, it knows that it is fulfilling our personal, Divine Purpose as a human being while alive here on Earth. The Ego can't completely be dismantled, it functions to keep us alive, however it also keeps our lives filled with drama, misguided relationships, addictions, ambitions to excel past others, striving for luxury, admired for our beauty, intelligence, personal style and on and on. These things only serve as temporary relief from the emotional angst of life on Earth.  Those on a spiritual journey will begin to release parts of the Ego for spiritual growth & ascension. The Christ Heart Reiki System of Cosmic Realignment & Balancing clears, heals, balances and realigns you to your true spiritual nature - this results in your Soul ascending, as the hold of your Ego diminishes. 

 

Limiting Belief

A "Limiting Belief" is a state of mind, conviction or belief that you think to be true that limits you in some way. It can be something you believe about yourself, another or the world in general.  These beliefs/judgments take you out of alignment and prevent you from making the right choices, taking new opportunities, or reaching your true potential. Limiting Beliefs are always negative and restrictive, keeping you stuck in certain patterns, blinding you from the truth.  With each session of Christ Heart Reiki ® System of Cosmic Realignment & Balancing, you will experience empowerment as your Limiting Beliefs naturally disintegrate. 

 

High Heart Chakra

Chakras are funnel-shaped energy centers through which life energy flows (also known as Prana, Chi, Ki or Reiki) within the human body. The concept of chakras originates from Hindu and Buddhist yoga philosophy and means "spinning wheel" in Sanskrit. As our bodies are comprised of pure energy, it is our  Chakras, which serve to "process" and "transmit" this energy.  While the body has numerous chakras, for energy healing purposes we frequently look to the 8 main chakras + the aura.  Each chakra corresponds to a specific body part/organ to regulate the energy flow.  Their function as a whole connects your physical body to the mental, emotional and spiritual levels of consciousness.  When chakras are blocked or unhealthy, the energy can stagnate and cause negative attitudes and/or disease. The Higher Heart Chakra (or etheric heart) is of most importance to Christ Heart Reiki as it connects to emotions of DIVINE LOVE, compassion, truth and forgiveness.  The High Heart Chakra IS the seat of empathy, joy, peace, serenity, patience, balanced emotions and unconditional love.  It's location is between the Heart and Throat Chakras - the Heart, in particular being the bridge between the "lower" and "higher" chakras and the Throat being the area where language originates, allowing you to speak from your heart.  The combination of these two energies creates a powerful vortex that shifts you into Christ Consciousness  The Christ Energy Vortex opens a loving communication and makes it possible for a truer guidance to flow more easily between your Soul and Spirit to God, Jesus, and all of Heaven.
