“As a natural born healer (first memory of channeling healing energy was at 5 yrs old), I embarked on my Reiki journey 16 years ago, being attuned to traditional Usui Reiki at the 3rd Level. Over the next 10 years I trained in various energy healing modalities such as Kundalini Reiki, Pranic Healing, Holy Fire Reiki and more. Desiring to advance to Master Teacher level of Holy Fire Reiki, I sought out training with Toni Dafeldecker, it was during this training I learned of Christ Heart Reiki- I was intrigued! Within a year I brought Toni to my healing center in NJ for the 2 Day Foundations Class. I think to this day I hold the record of having THE most transformative experience in such a brief amount of time. As part of the training, we are to give 7 sessions and also receive 7 . I can testify that while the sessions I received were quite different from other Reiki sessions, there was nothing to forewarn of the major transformation - the outcome at the end of the 7 weeks was startling. Let's just say there were certain experiences I couldn't resolve- my results, which started within a few weeks of my 7th session set me on an intense path of self discovery and surrender. CHR swiftly and easily removed anything from my life which was not of my highest purpose and in Divine Alignment - this extended to personal & professional (i.e. the ending of a 13 year relationship, the closing of my business - MAJOR occurrences). While this might sound tragic, it is far from it - NOT everyone will experience loss - in my case, those were the aspects holding me back. CHR will put you on the path to discovering and BEING who you are meant to be.

Although I have only given and received two complete sessions with Christ Heart Reiki, I can say with certainty that it has had the most profound effect on my ability to remain peaceful in the face of stress. Before CHR, I would get triggered by my toddler's defiance or willfulness. I felt the anger rise up in me, and I was able to use the old Reiki to bring myself back to center.
